 Bodhi Prem Yoga
Home Welcome to Bodhi Prem Yoga "Where you connect your mind with your body and healing begins ." We are located at 620 S. Arthur Avenue in Arlington Heights, Illinois, which is in between Central Road and Northwest Highway in the Thuringer Center.  Our mission is to share our love of yoga by providing a safe, non-judgemental, friendly, healing environment where you create balance in your mind, body and spirit so you can begin to heal your body, love your self and witness stillness.
We have limited our class sizes to a maximum of 10 students to allow us to provide the personal attention you deserve for a truly enjoyable, comfortable, relaxing yoga practice.
