WHAT IS HATHA YOGA? 
The practice of Hatha Yoga attempts to create balance the opposing energies thru physical exercies, controlled breathing and calming the mind throught relaxation.
During our practice, you will be taught asanas or poses that will assist you in gaining poise, balance, strength and flexibility. Your internal organs will be massaged and toned assisting in the prevention of diseases such as diabetes, arthritis and hypertension. We will focus on your breath by learning how to breathe in each asana. Breathing healing energy into the muscles we are stretching. Releasing any discomfort we may have in our bodies. At the end of our class is “Deep Relaxation”. You will lay in the corpse pose and listen as I guide you through your body, mind and spirit releasing any remaining stress, tension, anxiety, emotions or negative thoughts. Opening your energy channels allowing spiritual energy to freely flow through your being. Connecting you to your innermost essence where joy, peace, gratitude and love reside.
Hatha yoga is suitable for everyone.
What is GENTLE YOGA? 
This class is designed using some basic Hatha yoga asanas but is focused more on stretching and relaxing your body. It is slow paced.
This class is perfect for someone who is holding tension or tightness and is looking to relax. This class is also a great compliment to an active person with tight mucles.
WHAT IS PRENATAL YOGA? 
Yoga asanas are a gentle way to keep active and supple during this special time when many physical and emotional changes are taking place in the body.
WHAT IS AUTHENTIC INDIAN YOGA? 
Vinyasa means breath synchronized movement. Using traditional Hatha yoga asanas and various twists along with pranayama. The spine will be aligned, the Nadis (Ida, Pingala and Sushumna) will be cleansed and the prana energy will be balanced. A type of yoga you have never experienced before.
