What is Pranayama? 

If one can master the control of the breath, then mastery of the mind is within reach.

Pranayama is learning to regulate the breath and having control over the motion of the lungs. By learning breath control or pranayama, you open your inner awareness to the energy that provides us life.

Learn how to breathe diaphragmatically. Expand the capacity of your lungs. Restore balance between the left and right sides of your body. Clean your sinuses and respiratory passages. Stimulate the abdominal muscles and digestive organs. Soothe your nerves.  Feel peaceful, relaxed and serene.
